Charity Drive for Clothing Begin

A charity campaign called "Kiswat Al-Eid" by Al-Sawani Group that aims to bring joy to the needy launched this week at Al-Basateen Mall in Jeddah. Mohammed Abdulqader, the director of Al-Sawani Group, said that the drive gives people the opportunity to actively participate in helping others, and to unite the rich and poor.
"We receive food and clothes from the public then distribute these to people all over the Kingdom during Ramadan," he said.
The "Kiswat Al-Eid" is held in cooperation with the Islamic Relief Organization.
"We hope for this campaign to be the jumping point for other social activities to benefit society while highlighting the importance of social responsibility for the community," said Abdulqader.
